2.3 — Account Closure and Suspension

A player may contact the support team to close their account at their own discretion. ak999 may immediately block an account for the following reasons—

• Violation of terms and conditions
• Detection of fraud or money laundering
• Detection of multiple accounts
• Detection of bonus abuse

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.3 — Currency

Bonus and Promotion Terms

This section covers the bonuses, player rewards, and promotions offered by ak999. By claiming any bonus, players confirm that they have read and agreed to these terms.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

When a player makes their first deposit, they will receive a 100% bonus — up to 300,000 Ks of the deposit amount.

• To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times
• Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks; to withdraw, you must wager 20,000 × 25 = 500,000 Ks
• Example — Deposit 620,000 Ks, receive a 300,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 920,000 Ks; you must wager 300,000 × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks
• Winnings earned with bonus funds can only be withdrawn once the welcome bonus wagering requirement has been met

4.2 — Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus has a set expiry period
• A maximum bet amount when using bonus funds may be applied
• If the bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings from it may be forfeited

4.3 — VIP and Cashback

ak999's VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — each provide a weekly cashback reward. Tiers are progressed based on wagering volume, and at the Diamond tier players receive a maximum weekly cashback of 1.0%. Cashback rewards are paid as bonus funds and related wagering requirements may apply.

Game Rules and Fairness

All games on the ak999 platform — live casino, slots, football betting, Roulette, and esports — use a Random Number Generator (RNG), and outcomes cannot be influenced by the operator.

5.1 — Fair Play

This platform uses SSL encryption and fair play policies. Game outcomes for players are determined randomly and cannot be viewed or predicted in any way in advance.

5.2 — Prohibited Game Practices
